Space Reservations:

- Faculty concert or event reservations should be directed to Jennifer Gartley. jgartley@wustl.edu
- For internal Department of Music faculty or student rehearsal and classroom bookings, please contact musicsupport@wustl.edu
- WashU Student Union organizations should use WashU's Reserve-A-Space website to reserve 560 Music Center classrooms.
Department of Music event submission guidelines:
- Fall semester events should be requested by the previous June 1.
- Spring semester events should be requested by the previous November 1.
560 Music Center opens to public bookings on October 15th of each calendar year for the following academic year.
Two weeks advance notice is suggested for any performance space rehearsal reservations at the 560 Music Center, and is required for premiere spaces on the Danforth Campus. All spaces below must have an approved reservation for usage.
